A structural exploration of the experience of time told through observing two groups of people and how they occupy it. Beginning with a text by Aristotle contemplating the City, the film reveals ideas of the presence of time through audio field recordings and documentary video and fiction. Made entirely site-specifically in the localities of Vorst and Ixelles the film enters the mouth of the collective body and casts it in plaster, animating it in sound and discovering its linguistic interferences.
